Why everyone keeps coming back.

MALA SIFU 辣師傅 is a must-visit culinary gem situated on the Ground Floor of Jalan Ong Kim Wee, Kampung Empat, Melaka. Specializing in authentic Sichuan-style mala cuisine, this restaurant delivers a captivating fusion of numbing spice and deep, savory flavors that will thrill any lover of bold, vibrant dishes.

At the heart of their menu is the signature Mala Soup and the irresistible Stir-Fried Mala 麻辣香锅. Today we tried our first mala bowl. Three staff members were there to explain what to do an answer all of our questions about the sauces and spice level. The mala bowl turned out great and we were able to enjoy a meal in the cool AC during the heat of the day. Give it a try!
